摘要
为解决核辐射测量的实时性问题,设计了基于ARM Cortex-M3内核的LPC1764处理器、CPLD和高速A/D转换等芯片构造多道脉冲幅度分析器的电路系统,该系统使用CPLD对高速A/D转换数据进行处理,实现脉冲甄别和寻峰;使用LPC1764实现分类计数和统计并将结果通过USB上传到计算机。实际测试结果表明,各项测量数据达到了设计指标的要求,能够满足高速实时测量的需求。
In order to solve the real-time problems of nuclear radiation detection, a circuit system of muhiehannel pulse am- plitude analyzer is designed, which is composed of ARM Cortex-M3 kernel based processor LPC1764, CPLD and high-speed AID conversion chip. CPLD is used in the system to process the high-speed AID data to achieve pulse screening and peak searching. LPC1764 is adopted to realize differential count and statistics, and upload the results to the computer by USB. The actual test results show that the measured data can meet the design requirements and high-speed real-time measurement demand.
