银屑病病人淋巴细胞凋亡调控蛋白的表达 被引量:2

摘要 1目的 探讨不同中医证型的寻常型银屑病与淋巴细胞凋亡的关系。 2方法 采用流式细胞技术对36例银屑病病人和 2 0例正常人淋巴细胞凋亡调控蛋白 Apo- 1,Apo- 2 .7,bcl- 2的表达进行测定。 3结果 银屑病组 Apo- 1和 Apo- 2 .7的表达明显高于健康对照组 (t′=2 1.5 ,2 6 .5 ,P<0 .0 1) ;二者在血热型、血瘀型与血虚型的表达依次递减 (F=2 8.74,95 .0 2 ,q=4.2 9~ 18.6 7,P<0 .0 5 )。银屑病组 bcl- 2的水平显著低于健康对照组 (t′=72 .6 ,P<0 .0 1) ,其在血热型、血瘀型与血虚型的表达依次递增 (F=9.44 ,q=3.2 6~ 6 .13,P<0 .0 5 )。 4结论 不同证型的寻常型银屑病病人淋巴细胞凋亡活跃 ,这可能与机体正气抵抗外邪 。 Objective To study the relationship between different Chinese symptom types of psoriasis vulgaris with lymphocytic apopotosis. Methods Apoptotic regulating proteins Apo 1,Apo 2.7 and bcl 2 were determinated by means of flow cytometric analysis in 36 psoriatic patients with different Chinese symptom types and 20 normal subjects. Results The expression of Apo 1 and Apo 2.7 in psoriatic patients were significantly higher than that of normal controls (t′=21.5,26.5,P<0.01). The expression of Apo 1 and Apo 2.7 in different Chinese symptom types of psoriasis: blood heat>blood stasis>blood deficiency (F=28.74 ,95.02,q=4.29-18.67,P<0.01). The levels of bcl 2 in psoriatic patients were significantly lower than that in normals (t′=72.6, P<0.01). Expression of bcl 2 in different Chinese symptom types of psoriasis: blood heat<bood stasis< blood deficiency (F=9.44,q=3.26-6.13,P<0.05). Conclusion The apopotosis of lymphocytes in psoriatic patients with different Chinese symptom types is in active status. This might be due to that vital qi resist exogenous genic factors and protect body against invasion. [
