摘要
目的 :采用HPLC法测定氯霉素氢化可的松滴耳液中氯霉素和氢化可的松的含量。方法 :采用C18色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 (6 0∶40v/v) ,检测波长为 2 40nm。结果 :氯霉素在 2 5 0~ 75 0 μg·ml-1浓度范围内 ,r =0 .9999,回收率 99.0 % ,RSD =0 .5 % ;氢化可的松在 49.96~ 149.88μg·ml-1浓度范围内 ,r =0 .9999,回收率 97.7% ,RSD =0 .8%。结论 :该方法可用于同时测定滴耳液中氯霉素和氢化可的松含量。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of chloramphenicol and hydrocortisone in ear drops by HPLC.METHODS:Chloramphenicol and hydrocortisone were eluted with CH 3OH-H 2O (60∶40,V/V, 1.5 ml·min -1 ) on C 18 column and were determined at 240 nm.RESULTS:In the concentration of chloramphenicol 250~750 μg.ml -1 , r = 0.999 9 ,the recovery was 99.0% , RSD = 0.5% ;and in the concentration of hydrocortisone 49.96 ~ 149.88 μg·ml -1 , r = 0.9999 ,the recovery was 97.7% , RSD = 0.8% .CONCLUSIONS:This method was accurate for the simultaneous determinstion of both constituents in the ear drops.
