摘要 使用本文所述的编程技巧可以在不花任何硬件投资的前提下大大提高整体保护的可靠性,特别是对于自调整可靠性和瞬时性故障可靠性的提高尤为明显。 Reliability of computer-based relaying consists of hardware reliability and software reliability. This paper is devoted to the software reliablity. The programming techniques proposed in this paper can be used to improve self-regulation reliability and instant-fault reliability greatly. Thus, the whole reliability of relaying is improved substantially without increasing any hardware cost.
