沐舒痰祛痰疗效及安全性评价(附246例临床总结)

STUDY ON EXPECTORANTIVE EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF MUCOSOLVAN

目的 :评价沐舒痰片的祛痰疗效及安全性。方法 :在 2 46例有咳嗽、咳痰症状的呼吸系统疾病志愿受试患者中进行了一项前瞻性多中心的临床研究。结果 :受试患者的临控率为 66 3 % ,有效率为 92 7% ;对咳嗽、痰量、痰的性状、咳痰难度及肺部罗音等单项指标的有效率分别为 82 9%、 89 9%、 93 2 %、 80 0 %和 80 0 %。仅 1例患者用药后ALT轻度升高 ,2 8%的患者出现轻度不良反应。结论 :沐舒痰是安全有效的祛痰药。

Objective:To investigate the expeltorantive efficacy and safety of Mucosolva.Methods:A prospecctive multicentre clinical stdy was performed in 246 patients with resiratory diseases.Results:It was showed that the control rate was 66.3%,effective rate was 92.7%.The effective rate of cough,volum and properties of sputum,difficulty of cough up phlegm,and rales was 82.9%,89.9%,93.2%,80.0% and 80.0% respectively.The clinical side-effective rate was 2.8%,and only one case had ALT lightly increased.Conclution:Mucosolvan is an effective an safe espectorant.
