目的 研究提取方法及HPLC测定条件以测定狭叶红景天、吉氏红景天、深红红景天、四裂红景天、大花红景天和园丛红景天中红景天苷的含量。方法 色谱柱 :SpherisorbC1 8( 5 μm ,4.6mm× 2 5 0mm) ;流动相 :甲醇 水 ( 2 0∶80 ) ;流速 :1.0ml·min- 1 ;检测波长 :2 2 3nm。结果 甲醇回流 30min可提取完全 ;红景天苷线性范围为 0 .0 97～ 0 .870 μg ,平均回收率为 99.6 % ,RSD =1.6 2 %。结论 该分析方法简便、灵敏、准确 ;

OBJECTIVE To study the extraction method and the HPLC determination conditions and to determine salidroside in Rhodiola kirilowii,R.algida,R.coccinea,R.quadrifida,R.crenulata and R.juparesis.METHODS With a Spherisorb C 18 (5 μm) column (4.6 mm×250 mm),MeOHH 2O(20∶80) as mobile phase,detected at 223 nm.RESULT Linear range of salidroside was 0.097～0.87 μg.MeOH extraction time was 30 min.The recovery rate was 99.6%(RSD=1.62%).CONCLUSION This method provides a simple and feasible way to determine salidroside and the salidroside content was different in different rhodiola species.
