益气养阴活血祛浊方对30例慢性肾功能衰竭气阴两虚证患者细胞免疫状态的影响

Effect of Recipe for Supplementing Qi, Nourishing Yin and Expelling Turbid Pathogens on Cellular Immunity in Treatment of 30 Cases with Chronic Renal Failure of Deficiency of both Qi and Yin Type

为了探讨慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)气阴两虚患者的细胞免疫状态及中药治疗的影响,对30例CRF气阴两虚证患者进行了T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤(NK)细胞、可溶性IL-2受体(sIL—2R)检测,结果显示,CRF气阴两虚证患者CD_3、CD_4、CD_4/CD_8比值、(NK)细胞水平均明显低于正常对照组(P均<0.01);CD_8水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);sIL—2R水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。通过相关分析发现,CD_4/CD_8比值、NK细胞与sIL—2R呈显著负相关;Scr与CD_8、sIL—2R呈显著正相关,与CD_4/CD_8比值、NK细胞呈显著负相关。经益气养阴活血祛浊汤治疗后,CD_3、CD_4、CD_4/CD_8比值、NK细胞较治疗前有明显增高,而CD_8、sIL—2R较治疗前明显降低。表明益气养阴活血祛浊汤可调节CRF气阴两虚证患者细胞免疫功能的紊乱,为该方治疗CRF气阴两虚证提供了现代理论依据。

To determine the effect of TCM drugs on cellular immunity of patients with chronic renal failure of deficiency of both qi and yin type, the lymphocyte subsets, NK cells and sIL - 2R were evaluated. A significant decrease in CD3, CD4. CD4/CD8 ratio and the NK cells (P<0. 01), a significant increase in CD8 (P< 0.05) and a very significant increase in sIL - 2R (P<0. 01) than the normal control group was found in the determination. CD4/CD8 ratio and the amount of NK cells were negatively correlated with sIL - 2R: Scr and CD8 were positively correlated with sIL - 2R and negatively correlated with CD4/ CD8 ratio and the amount of NK cells. The increase of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 ratio and the NK cells and decrease in CD8 and sIL - 2R suggested that this recipe could adjust the disturbed cellular immunity and was indicated for cases with chronic renal failure of deficiency of both qi and yin type.
