脑血管病的精神症状康复及其临床意义

Recovery of psychiatric signs and clinical meaning in cerebrovascular disorders

目的 :研究脑卒中患者的精神症状康复对神经系统功能障碍恢复的影响。方法 :选取 1996年 1月至 1998年 1月的脑卒中住院病人中 ,多伦多情感障碍量表 (TAS)大于 74分者共 12 7例 ,随机分为研究组和对照组 ,其中研究组病人除进行一般治疗外 ,还根据其情感障碍的程度配合精神康复治疗 ,两组病人分别在治疗 3个月及 5个月时作疗效评估。结果 :研究组病人通过配合精神康复治疗 ,其痊愈率及显著进步率明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :脑卒中患者的精神症状康复对神经系统功能障碍的恢复有着积极的促进作用。

Objective:To study the effect of the recovery of psychiatric signs on the recovery of nervous function in cerebral stroke patients.Methods:127 patients with disorders ?of mood were divided into study group and control group randomly.In study group,except ordinary treatment,psychiatric recovery therapy were also used according the degree of disorders of mood.The effect was judged at 3 and 5 months respectively.Results:The cure rate and progress rate in the patients of study group were higher than that of control group( P <0 01) Conclusion:The recovery of psychiatric signs in cerebral stroke patients may promote the recovery of nervous function disorders.
