吸入一氧化氮对持续肺动脉高压新生儿患者血小板聚集功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨一氧化氮(NO)吸入治疗新生儿持续肺动脉高压(PPHN)过程中血小板聚集功能的变化。方法:采用比浊法,测定新生儿持续肺动脉高压患儿吸入NO后6小时血小板在肾上腺素、胶原及二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导下的聚集率。结果:三种诱导剂诱导血小板聚集的能力均明显受到抑制,与对照组相比,差异显著。结论:PPHN吸入NO后,血小板聚集功能明显受到抑制,存在加重临床出血的可能性。
