摘要
介绍减速顶调速系统在俄罗斯后贝加尔编组站的实际应用情况,对调速系统和减速顶调速设备进行了安全分析,同时提出了安全措施,对减速顶在俄罗斯编组站的安全应用具有一定的指导意义。
The actual application at Zabaikalsk railway station in Russian of the TDJ retarders wagon speed control system was introduced detailed. We analyzed security from speed regulating system and retarder device, and we proposed security measures. This suggestion is very safe for retarder using in Russia.
