宁夏地区生鲜乳中硫氰酸根残留水平的调查研究

Raw Milk in Ningxia Area of Sodium Thiocyanate Basic Values of The Experimental Study

采用卫生部指定的"离子色谱法测定牛奶中硫氰酸根"方法,在2011～2012年期间,分别对宁夏地区的奶站和运输车生鲜乳进行监测,总计986份样品。结果表明:该地区生鲜乳中存在痕量硫氰酸根,测定值范围为0～6.6mg/L,本底平均值为3.55mg/L。5个地级市地域间本底值无显著差异。该调查研究有利于正确判定生鲜乳中硫氰酸根是否属于非法添加或本底值,可对硫氰酸根国家限量标准的制定提供数据支撑;对打击非法添加行为,保障奶产业健康发展具有现实指导意义。

In this study, ico chromatographic determination was used to detect thiocyanate in 986 milk samples from Ningxia area milk station and transport during 2011~2012. The results showed that trace thiocyanate was existed in the raw milk of this area, with the range of 0~6.6mg/L and average value of 3.55mg/L. The regional background value among 5 prefectune-level cities have no significant difference. The study is helpful to detect whether the addition of thiocyanate in raw milk is illegally or not. The result provide a data support for setting standards, and is helpful for the development of dairy industry.
