中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎临床分析

Clinical analysis on the treatment of lupus nephritis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗狼疮性肾炎的有效率。方法:我院2010年2月～2011年2月住院治疗狼疮性肾炎患者39例,随机分为西药治疗组19例和中西医结合治疗组20例。中西医结合组在西医治疗基础上,根据辨证分型服用中药,并施以抗血栓中药。结果:西医治疗组的总有效率为63.2%,中西医结合治疗组总有效率为90.0%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=3.95,P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎可以提高治疗有效率,具有一定的临床推广及应用价值。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and modem medicine for patients with lu- pus nephritis. Methods：39 patients with lupus nephritis were selected from our hospital from February 2010 to February 2011, they were randomly divided into modem medicine group（ 19 cases） and integrated traditional Chinese and modern medicine group（20 cases）. On the basis of western medicine treat- ment, integrated traditional Chinese and modem medicine group took Chinese traditional medicine according to syndrome differentiation. Results：The total effective rate of modern medicine group was 63.2% ,and the total effective rate of integrated traditional Chinese and modem medicine group was 90.0%, there was significant difference between the two group （ X2 = 3.95,P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion： Treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and modem med- icine could increase the remission rates of lupus nephritis ,this method has certain clinical popularization and application value.
