摘要
目的 :探讨茶油对梗阻性黄疸大鼠的肝脏保护作用。方法 :将大鼠分为假性手术组、胆总管结扎组和胆总管结扎并喂饲茶油组。于术后 2周分别检测血清总胆红素 (TB)、直接胆红素 (DB)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶 (GOT)的水平以及肝脏组织中琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)的活性 ,并在光镜和电镜下观察肝脏组织的病理改变。结果 :茶油能明显改善梗阻性黄疸大鼠营养状况 ;明显降低 TB、DB、GPT和 GOT的水平 ;增强肝细胞线粒体内 SDH的活性 ;在一定程度上能保持肝细胞线粒体膜、内质网膜和核膜结构的完整性。结论
Objective:To study the protective effect of tea oil which is rich in monounsaturated fatty acid on the liver in the common bile duct ligated rats.Methods:The rats were randomly classified into sham operation group, bile duct ligated group and bile duct ligated group fed by tea oil. Two weeks after operation,the level of total billirubin(TB),direct billirubin(DB),glutamate pyruvate transaminase(GPT),glutamate oxaloacetale transaminase(GOT) in serum and the activity of succinic dehydrogenase(SDH) in liver were respectively detected. Also,the pathologic changes were observed by light and transmission electronic microscopy.Results:The treatment of tea oil significantly improved nutritional condition of obstructive jaundice in rats,significantly lower the level of TB,DB,GPT and GOT in serum,significantly increased the activity of SDH in mitochondria of hepatocytes and kept intact the membranous structure of mitochondria,nuclear and endoplasmic reticulum in hepatocytes.Conclusion:Tea oil has a significant protective effect on bile duct ligated rats by decreasing the hepatic damage in morphology and function.[FK(WB80011。6]
