摘要
党的基层组织是党全部工作和战斗力的基础,是落实党的路线方针政策和各项工作任务的战斗堡垒。党的十七届四中全会《决定》要求,做好抓基层打基础的工作,夯实党执政的组织基础。笔者从加强党的基层组织建设的意义,面临的新情况、新问题、采取的新措施以及所取得的成效等几个方面进行了全面的分析和探讨。
The basic organization is the basis for all work and combat capability of the party, it is the fighting Fort to implement the party＇s road policy and the tasks, the 17th plenary of the Communist Party ruled out the decision that the main task is to grasping grass - roots work and laying solid organizational basis. The author gave comprehen- sive analysis and discussion of several aspects, such as the significance of strengthening the basic construction, facing the new situation and new problems, new measures were taken as well as the results achieved.
