摘要
从集团企业面临的实际情况出发,指出现有评价方法的不足之处,然后介绍了MVP评价方法的特点,指出该方法是一种适合于现阶段对集团企业进行绩效考核的方法。通过对集团企业所处环境进行分析,指出集团企业绩效考核需要考虑的问题,最终以江淮集团为例,建立了一套以MVP评价方法为指导思想的绩效考核指标体系。
By analyzing the actual situation faced by group enterprises, tins paper points out the deficiencies of the current evaluation method. Then it introduces the characteristics of the MVP evaluation method, pointing out that this method is suitable at present. By analyzing the environment the group enterprises is facing, this paper points out the problems to be considered in the group enterprise performance evaluation. Finally, the paper takes Jianghuai group as an example to establish a set of performance evaluation indicator system based on the concept of MVP.
