摘要
对西安软件园在跨文化合作方面具有代表性的6家IT服务外包企业的高层管理人员进行了访谈,形成访谈文稿,采用建构型扎根分析方法,借助内容分析软件,对访谈文稿进行分析,获得了全球化背景下IT服务外包中的跨文化合作模型。该研究为IT服务外包企业提供如下启示:跨文化信任是建立跨文化合作的基础,可以通过文化关系网形成的跨文化信任开展跨文化合作;在IT服务外包的全球化进程中要注意促进文化关系网的形成;有效的跨文化沟通能够促进跨文化合作的进行;跨文化合作过程中不断融合而产生的跨文化螺旋,有助于形成合作DNA,能够促进长期合作;可以把文化中介人员作为桥梁,解决文化差异引起的跨文化沟通问题,同时促进跨文化螺旋的形成;可以采用跨文化培训的方法,提高文化中介力量的跨文化素质,有效解决文化差异对跨文化沟通与合作的负面影响。
The authors draw the constructing grounded theory approach and uses content analysis software to analyze the transcriptions of the interviews conducted in six IT services outsourcing companies, getting a related model. The enlightenment for IT service outsourcing enterprises is that cross-cultural trust is the foundation of establishing cross-cultural cooperation. The IT services outsourcing enterprises can establish their cooperation through trust based on cultural network and promote the formation of the cultural network in the process of globalization of IT services outsourcing. The effective cross-cultural communication plays an important role in the process of cross-cultural cooperation. Double helix generating in the process of cross-cultural cooperation forms the DNA to promote the long-term cooperation. The role of cultural mediation as a bridge provides help to resolve the cross-cultural communication problems and promote the formation of double helix. Cross-cultural training methods can improve the quality of cultural mediation and effectively solve cross-cultural cooperation problems caused by cultural differences.
