法的起源问题是法学的一个不解之谜,唯其神秘方引人入胜。文章以景颇族习惯规范为例,通过翔实的田野调查资料,从三个向度追寻法起源的线索:祭祀仪式、民族禁忌、演变轨迹。目的是唤起学界同仁对民族法文化的重视,从而逐步揭开法起源问题的神秘面纱。

The origin of the law is a mystery, for example, the Jingpo＇s customary norms, so it is very fascinating. The paper searches for the clues of the origin of law through detailed field survey data from three dimension： fete ceremony, national taboo, and evolution. The purpose is to arouse the researchers＇ attention to the national law culture, gradually unraveling its mystical veil of the law origin.
