摘要
学校文化概念的模糊、混乱导致学校文化建设遇到一些难题,通过对其概念的梳理、辨析,确立了学校文化研讨的教育学立场,以及围绕活动于其中的复合主客体(师生),以生态系统观分析学校文化的动态性、整体性和层次性。
The confusing and vague meaning of school culture makes difficulties in constructing the school culture. The analysis of the concept of school culture from the pedagogical standpoint shows the teacher-student should be the core of the school culture. From the ecological view, the paper analyzes the dynamics, entirety and hierarchy of the school culture.
