真空/压力烧结淬火一体化装置的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在真空/压力烧结装置上增加淬火功能,即将压力烧结装置和淬火装置有机地结合为一体,研制了一种制备硬质合金的真空/压力烧结淬火一体化装置。使用该装置,一道工序可完成传统的真空/压力烧结和真空气体淬火两道工序,从而可降低能耗,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。分别采用一体化装置与6 MPa真空/过压烧结炉制备YG11硬质合金,检测了合金的矫顽磁力、钴磁及冲击韧性。结果表示,采用真空/压力烧结淬火一体化装置与采用常规真空/压力烧结相比,合金晶粒度,Co含量、C含量基本上是一致的,但冲击韧性可提高10.2%。X-射线衍射分析表明,采用一体化炉制备的试样粘结相基本上以面心立方晶格的β-Co相形式存在。 A kind of integrated vacuum/pressure sintering and quenching equipment for cemented carbide preparation was developed by adding quenching function in vacuum/pressure sintering equipment, which can reduce energy consumption, improve production efficiency and reduce production cost. Conventional separated vacuum/pressure sintering and vacuum/gas quenching processes could be completed in one process by using this equipment. YG11 cemented carbide was prepared by the integrated vacuum/pressure sintering equipment and 6 MPa vacuum/pressure sintering furnace, respectively. The coercive force, cobalt magnetic and impact toughness of the alloy were detected. The results show that the grain size, Co content and C content of the YG11 cemented carbide prepared by integrated vacuum/pressure equipment were basically as same as these of the alloy prepared by conventional vacuum/pressure sintering. but the impact toughness is increased by 10.2%. The XRD analysis indicates that the matrix of the YG11 cemented carbide prepared by integrated vacuum/pressure equipment is basically composed of the face-centered cubic lattice β-Co phase.
