摘要
本文采用显性对称性比较优势指数分析了我国食品加工产品1996-2011年间的比较优势和比较优势的稳定性,研究结果表明无论是从产品角度还是从时间变化的角度来看,我国食品加工产品的比较优势都呈现出逐渐下降的趋势。从产品来看,HS16类产品的比较优势最强,HS02类产品的比较优势最弱;从时间变化来看,1996年我国食品加工产品的比较优势最强,2011年的比较优势最弱。对我国食品加工产品比较优势稳定性的检验结果表明,我国食品加工产品整体的比较优势在逐渐偏离最初时间的比较优势水平。
In this paper, the comparative advantage and the stability of this advantage of food processing industry in China between 1996 and 2011 are ana- lyzed using the revealed symmetric comparative advantage index. The results show the comparative advantage has been on a gradual downward trend both from product and time perspectives. HS16 product category enjoys the strongest comparative advantage, and HS02 products have the weakest comparative advan- tage. From the time perspective, the year in which food processing products of China enjoyed the strongest comparative advantage was 1996, and the year of the weakest was 2011. The results of the stability test show the stability of the general comparative advantage of the food processing industry in China has gradu- ally diverged from the advantage level in early times.
