国际外包对中国劳动力市场结构的影响——基于中国企业数据的实证研究

Effects of International Outsourcing on China’s Labor Market Structure:An Empirical Study Based on Chinese Enterprise Data

本文使用世界银行"商业环境和企业绩效调查"数据,将企业劳动力按照不同技术水平、不同工作类型、不同教育程度和不同合同期进行分类,全面分析了国际外包对我国就业以及劳动力市场结构的影响。研究结果显示:国际外包有利于优化中国劳动市场结构,拉动了高技能劳动需求,增大了对管理者、工程师以及高教育水平劳动力的需求,但对服务人员、生产工人以及低技能劳动的促进作用不显著。

This paper uses ＂Investment Climate Survey Data＂ of World Bank to analyze the effects of international outsourcing on China＇ s employment and labor market structure. The results show that international outsourcing helps update China＇ s labor market structure and increase the demand for high-skilled labor, managers, engineers and high-educated labor, while it shows no significant promotion effect on the demand for non-production worker and low-skilled labor.
