子宫内膜厚度对激素治疗围绝经期功血的指导作用

目的探讨检测子宫内膜厚度对激素治疗围绝经期功血的指导作用。方法选择广东省梅县人民医院2010年8月-2012年12月收治的围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者80例,全部患者治疗前均采用超声检查子宫内膜厚度,跟据子宫内膜厚度及出血量情况选择不同激素治疗,子宫内膜厚度<6mm者给予雌孕激素治疗子,宫内膜厚度>6mm且出血较少者给予安宫黄体酮治疗子,宫内膜厚度>6mm且出血量较多者给,予黄体酮、丙酸睾丸酮治疗,观察各组治疗效果。结果全部患者止血治疗有效率达92.5%,调经成功率为95.0%,且组间止血治疗有效率及调经成功率差异无统计学意义。结论根据子宫内膜厚度选择激素治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血,止血有效率较高,治疗针对性强,安全性好,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the Guiding role of endometrial thickness in perimenopausal hormone therapy of dysfunctional uterine bleeding（DUB）. Methods 80 cases of patients with DUB in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2012 were selected, before treatment, endometrial thickness of all patients were detected by ultrasound, and patients were given different hormone therapy according to endometrial thickness when endometrial thickness was less than 6 mm, ptients were given the treatment of estrogen and progesterone, when endometrial thickness was greater than 6 mm and bleeding was less ,patients were given medroxyprogesterone acetate treatment, endometrial thickness greater than 6 mm and the amount of bleeding was more, patients were given progesterone, testosterone propionate treatment, the treatment effect of each group was observed. Results Hemostasis effective rate of A 11 patients was 92.5%, success rate of menstrual function regulation was 95.0%, Hemostasis effective rate and success rate of menstrual function regulation in three groups was not significantly different. Conclusion Hemostasis effective rate of hormone therapy of DUB depending on the thickness of is high, the security is good ,it is worthy of application.
