摘要
目的 :探讨激素性股骨头坏死与血瘀证之间的关系。方法 :给兔肌注糖皮质激素制备激素性股骨头坏死模型 ,测定其血液的血液流变学、血脂、血栓素 B2 和 6-酮前列腺素 F1α,以此作为血瘀证的观察指标。结果 :8周后激素处理的模型组兔股头产生骨细胞死亡 ,骨髓造血细胞减少 ,出现高粘滞血症、高脂血症和TXA2 -PGI2 平衡失调 ,形成血瘀证 ,而用健骨活血汤治疗能降血脂、降血粘度 ,保护血管内皮 ,恢复 TXA2 -PGI2 的平衡 ,通过活血化瘀来防治骨坏死的发生。结论 :激素性股骨头坏死与血瘀证之间有密切关系 ,用活血化瘀中药可防治激素性股骨头坏死的发生。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between glucocorticoid induced femoral head necrosis (GFHN) and blood stasis.Methods:We used rabbit models of GFHN induced by exogenic glucocorticoid,took the hemorrheology,lipid,thromboxine B 2,6 Keto PGF 1α in the blood as the objective indices for observing blood stasis.Results:[WT5”,6BZ](1) the administration of large dose of glucocorticoid could produce femoral head necrosis,hyperlipidemia,hyperviscosity and functional changes of the vascular endothelial cells,which further produced “blood stasis”.(2)Jianggu Huoxue Tang could modify lipid metabolism and hemorrheology and protect the vascular endothelial cells.Conclusion:[WT5”,6BZ]It can prevent GFHN through invigorating microcirculation of blood to remove the stasis.It was concluded that there is a closed relationship between GFHN and blood stasis.
