小儿斜视矫正术后恶心呕吐的护理干预

目的探讨小儿斜视矫正手术后恶心呕吐的护理对策。方法将113例行小儿斜视矫正术的患儿分为C组和S组,其中C组50例,S组63例。C组行常规护理,S组实施贯穿术前、中、后的护理干预措施。结果 C组和S组术后恶心呕吐总发生率为分别为32.0%和7.9%,C组发生率显著低于S组。结论围手术期有效的护理干预能降低小儿斜视矫正手术后恶心呕吐的发生率。

Objective To explore the nursing strategy of postoperative nausea and vomiting （PONV） in children undergoing strabismus surgery. Methods 113 children underwent elective strabismus surgery were randomly allocated to 2 groups （50 cases in group C and 63 cases in group S）.Children in group S were given systematic nursing intervention throughout operation,and other 63 cases were given common nursing. Results The incidence of PONV in group C and group S was 32.0% and 7.9%, respectively.Group C was significantly lower than group S.Conclusion The incidence of PONV in children undergoing strabismus surgery can be reduced by effective nursing intervention.
