加强妊娠糖尿病管理对围产结局影响的相关研究

目的探讨加强妊娠期糖尿病管理对围产结局的影响。方法将2010年3月-2012年3月收治的280例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇选为研究对象,选取其中140例孕妇设置为观察组,对其进行糖尿病管理。将剩余的140例孕妇设置为对照组。对两组孕妇的妊娠情况进行统计分析。结果观察组患者的早产率、巨大儿几率、生殖器官感染几率、妊高征、新生儿窒息的几率都明显小于对照组孕妇,P<0.05,两组差异具有统计学意义。结论加强妊娠糖尿病管理,不仅能够有效降低孕妇并发症出现的几率,还能改善围产结局,提高新生儿的生存几率。

Objective To study to strengthen the management of gestational diabetes perinatal period end effect. Methods From March 2010 to March 2011 280 cases of gestational diabetes pregnant women choose as the research object, the selection of 140 cases of pregnant women set to observe group, carries on the management of diabetes. Will the rest of the 140 cases of pregnant women is set to the control group. The two groups of pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women were statistically analyzed. Results Observation group of patients with preterrn labor rate, huge chance, reproductive organs infection risk, put high, the risk of neonatal asphyxia were significantly less than control group in pregnant women, P 〈 0.05, difference has statistical significance. Conclusion Strengthen the management of gestational diabetes, which not only can effectively reduce the complications of pregnant chance, still can improve perinatal period results, to improve the chances of survival of the newborn.
