本文以太阳能设备生命周期中的维护阶段为研究时间段,即试运行到更新到废弃阶段。重点论述了全员设备管理的主要理论内容,着重介绍和引入了针对性维修管理方法。最后总结不利因素以及提出改善方案,并对今后的设备维护计划的完善提出建议,从而创建并维持优良的设备维护管理系统,提高设备的利用率,增进安全性及高质量,全面提高生产系统的运作效率。

This paper uses solar energy equipment life cycle maintenance stage as the study period, namely from the trial operation to update stage and to the abandoned stage. It discusses the main theoretical contents of total equipment management, and presents targeted repair management methods. Finally, it summarizes the unfavourable factors and puts forward the improvement scheme, and puts forward some suggestions on the future of the equipment maintenance plan, so as to create and maintain good equipment maintenance management system, improve equipment utilization, enhance the safety and high quality, improve the operation efficiency of production system.
