我国城市化进程中土地资源可持续利用研究

The Study of Sustainable Use of Land Resource in Urbanization of China

随着我国城市化进程的不断推进,土地的供需矛盾变得日益突出,土地资源缺乏已成为一个重要的外部制约条件。本文通过分析土地可持续利用中存在的问题,提出了土地集约化利用、建立循环经济发展模式及土地资源的生态环境保护等措施,从而推进城市化更好地发展。

The contradiction for supply and demand of land resource becomes increasingly prominent, as the continuous development of urbanization of China, the insufficiency of land resource has already been an important external constraint. We present the intensive use of land resource, establishing circular economy and protection of the ecological environment and so forth by analysis of problems in the sustainable use of land resource. Therefore, the urbanization of China will get a better development.
