摘要
随着社会的高速发展,工程项目造价已成为工程项目管理的主要方法。要合理控制工程造价和成本管理,确保提高工程质量的同时使施工得到高效发展,提高企业竞争力。笔者根据这一情况对建筑工程项目造价管理进行分析。
With the high-speed development of society, the project cost has become the main method of project management. We should reasonably control the project cost and cost management, make sure to improve the quality of engineering and lead to efficient construction at the same time, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
