Summary of the Research on Job Burnout of University Teachers

教学质量的高低或成败在很大程度上取决于教师的水平。随着社会的发展和教育地位的提高,教师倦怠越来越受到了人们的关注。本文就高校教师存在的职业倦怠的国内外的研究从定义、模式、成因、后果几方面做了综述,旨在为教师和教育管理者进一步进行教师研究提供参考。

The quality of teaching is, to a great extent, determined by the teachers. Teachers＂ job burnout has increasingly become a concern with the development of the society and the enhancement of the status of education. This article summarizes the research made on the teachers＂ job burnout home and abroad from the perspectives of the definition, mode, causes, and so on, which aims to provide some references for the further study.
