摘要
本文在介绍价值链理论的基础上,提出了我国建筑工程成本管理普遍存在的缺陷,接着对价值链与成本控制的关系进行分析,最后分析价值链在建筑工程成本管理中的突出贡献。
On the basis of value chain theory,this paper points out the common defects in the cost management of construction engineering in China and then analyzes the relationship between value chain and cost control.Finally,the outstanding contribution of value chain theory to constriction engineering cost management is analyzed.
