High Tone Door Servomotor Cooling Transformation:Practice Analysis Based on Practical Production Experience

本文分析了火力发电厂汽轮机组存在的问题以及潜在的危险,经过多次现场勘察以及日常积累的生产经验,探究出了汽轮机高调门油动机存在问题的根本原因,并基于价值工程原理,提出了初步改进思路,最后通过实践检验证明了改进思路的正确性,大大提高了工程管理的运用效率与水平。

This article analyzes the problems in turboset of thermal power plants and the potential danger.Through many times of site survey and the daily accumulated production experience,the root cause of the turbine high tone door servomotor problem is found.Preliminary transformation idea is presented based on value engineering principle.Finally,the transformation idea is proved to be right through experiments,and the use efficiency and level are greatly improved.
