摘要 热采分层注汽模拟试验系统是稠油开采先导试验基地四套标志性系统之一。分层注汽技术是稠油开采的一项有效工艺措施,各层分配的注汽量是该技术的关键。为合理选取配汽阀,达到准确分配注汽量目的,自主设计研制了集现代计算机技术、现代传感技术、自动控制技术等为一体的热采分层注汽模拟试验系统,为分层注汽技术研发及现场应用提供试验支持。 Thermal recovery separate layer steam injection simulation test system is one of the four symbolic systems of thickened oil recovery pilot test base. Separate layer steam injection technology is an effective technological measure, and the steam injection volume of each layer is the key to this technology. In order to ensure the reasonable selection of steam distributing valve and distribute steam volume accurately, the thermal recovery separate layer steam injection simulation test system is designed and developed independently. This system combines modem computer technology, modem sensor technology and automatic control technology, and provides test support for separate layer steam injection technology research and site application.
