对建筑工程施工全面质量管理的探索

Explorations on the Comprehensive Quality Management for Building Works Construction

随着我国改革开放的逐步深化,国民经济高速增长,基建投资项目的不断增加,使得建筑施工队伍和建筑企业也膨胀式发展。对于目前的建筑企业或行业来说,质量是其生存之本,推行全面质量管理可以提高我国建筑工程质量管理工作,提高企业的市场竞争力。本文针对目前出现的部分劣质工程,提出加强工程施工中的质量控制,有其现实意义和必要性。

With the gradually deepening of China＇s reform and opening up,the national economy develops rapidly.The increase of infrastructure project investment has led to the expansion of construction team and construction enterprises.For present construction enterprises and industries,quality is the key of their survival.Comprehensive quality management can improve the construction project quality management in China and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.In view of part of the present shoddy works,this article proposes to strengthen the quality control of project construction,which is necessary and of practical significance.
