摘要
结合沈阳某钢骨混凝土柱与钢梁节点实际超声检测数据,分析了超声法在这种节点检测中存在的问题,研究了各种混凝土缺陷的超声参数特点,并探讨了缺陷判别方法。结果表明:钢骨混凝土节点中存在缺陷形式主要有不密实、空洞及钢骨与混凝土脱开;当辅以其他条件时,基本可以区分缺陷;针对节点检测数据较为接近或数据较少这些情况,可根据其他检测手段对比超声检测获得的声学参数,设定判别缺陷的自定义临界值,减少漏判的情况。
This paper studies steel reinforced concrete joint of ultrasonic testing by analyzing a project instance that was inspected the internal defect of reinforced concrete column and steel beam joint with various nondestructive testing methods,comparing of those results.As detection is shown,first,there are some defects in joints,including imperfect,empty,steel and concrete releasing.Second,when supplemented by other conditions,defects can be distinguished.In addition,for data is more close or less,depending on the acoustic parameters of ultrasonic testing with other testing means,set custom threshold distinguishing defects,reduce false negative cases.
