摘要
随着我国国民经济的快速发展,越来越多的企业出现在我国的社会主义市场经济活动当中,这就使得我国各个企业间的竞争越来越激烈,每一个企业要想实现自身的飞跃式发展,实现经济利益最大化的目标,都要致力于企业竞争力的提升,而企业人才的选拔与储备对于企业的核心竞争力有着直接的影响。人力资源是企业生存与发展过程中的重要资源,本文将以浅谈我国企业人力资源管理为题,对我国企业人力资源管理的现状进行分析,发现其中存在的问题,并根据自己的经验提出相关的针对性建议,希望以此来促进我国企业人务资源管理水平的进一步提高。
With the rapid development of national economy in our country,more and more enterprises emerge in socialist market economic activity,which makes the competition between enterprises fierce in our country.If each enterprise wants to realize the leap type development of their own,to achieve the goal of maximizing the economic interests,it must improve the competitiveness of enterprise,and the enterprise talent selection and reserve has direct influence to enterprise's core competitiveness.Human resource is the important resources in the process of enterprise survival and development.This article analyzes the current situation of enterprise human resources management,and tries to find the problems.In the end,combined with the author's working experience,it puts forward relevant countermeasures,hoping to promote the improvement of enterprise human service resources management.
