摘要
随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的不断深化,传统的医院管理模式和忽视管理人才队伍建设已严重制约着我院的发展。管理作为一门独立的学科,有着自身的科学性和艺术性,其理论体系和其他学科一样,需要管理者认真研究,并付诸实践,并不断从实践中进行总结,打造高素质职业化管理人才队伍成为提升医院核心竞争力的又一重要内容。
With the constant deepening of medical and health system reform in our country,the traditional hospital management model and ignored management talent team construction has seriously restricts the development of hospital.Management as an independent discipline,has its own scientificalness and artistry;its theoretical system needs to be seriously studied and put into practice and summarizes like other disciplines.Creating high-quality professional management personnel team becomes another important content to improve core competence of hospital.
