高职院校模具设计与制造专业人才培养模式的研究——以黑龙江农业经济职业学院为例

Professional Talent Training Model of Mold Design and Manufacture Major in Higher Vocational College:With the Case of Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College

笔者通过对模具设计与制造专业就业情况的分析总结出人才培养过程中存在的问题,调研、分析并构建"分层递进,工学结合,能力提升,231三段式"人才培养模式,研究了基于工作过程系统化的学习领域课程体系,探索了解决目前高职模具设计与制造专业人才培养过程中问题的方法。

Through the analysis on the employment situation of mold design and manufacture major,this paper summed up the problems in the process of personnel training,studied,analyzed and constructed the talent training mode of ＂step-up teaching,working and learning combination,enhancement of ability,231 three sections＂,studied the learning field curriculum system based on working process systematization,and explored the solution to solve the current problems in process of personnel training.
