摘要
从系统科学角度,提出了"教室与车间"、"教学与生产"、"教师与技师"及"学生与徒弟"四个一体化的高职专业建设措施。以职业教育理论和工学结合人才培养模式理论为背景,对"四个一体化"高职专业建设的必要性进行了分析。通过对工学结合模式下的学校教学资源和企业生产资源融合的分析,构建了职业教学活动系统。通过该系统阐述了专业建设中每个一体化的构建机理,由此形成了专业建设四位一体化措施体系。
From the angle of system science,this paper presented the specialty construction measures with four integration of "classrooms and workshops","teaching and production","teachers and technicians" and "students and apprentice" in higher vocational colleges.With the background of vocational education theory and theory of combination of working and learning,the necessity of "four-integration" specialty construction is analyzed.Through the analysis of integration of school teaching resources and enterprises resources under combination mode of working and learning,the system of vocational training activities is constructed and the establishment mechanism of each integration in specialty construction is expounded form a four-integration specialty construction system.
