摘要
本文从滨海新区技术技能型人才供需平台功能、任务和运行机制上提出了设计方案,从战略规划层面探索解决新区经济快速发展过程中遇到的"用工难、用工荒"等人力资源供需难题。
This article proposed the design program of functions,tasks and operational mechanism of the supply and demand platform for technical and skilled talent of the Binhai New Area to resolve the supply and demand problems of human resources in process of rapid economic development of Binhai New Area,like the ＂hard labor,labor shortage＂ problem.
