高校大学生突发事件预警机制建设,要着眼于高校突发事件发生原因的归类分析和实践探索,超于眼前看到长远,超越一切看到全局,透过现象看到本质,从感性认识上升到理性认识。要立足于敏感季节和时期、重大敏感事件发生前后等大学生安全稳定事件易发的重要敏感节点,有针对性的采取有效措施予以防范,才能起到纲举目张、事半功倍的效果。

The construction of college student emergency warning mechanisms should focus on the classification analysis and practical exploration of causes for unexpected events in universities and focus on the long-term development,overall situation,see the essence through the phenomenon,and achieve the leap from perceptual to rational knowledge,should focus on the important sensitive nodes,including the sensitive seasons and periods,before and after the important and sensitive events and take effective measures to get a multiplier effect.
