教育服务七层模型下外语教师身份认同的构建策略研究

摘要 本文利用教育服务七层模型,分析了当前外语教师的身份认同现状,然后运用软硬件、课程培训和教师专业发展社区等资源,将教学法、学校和区域层面的服务配套设施融入到高效教学中,提高教学素质,用这一方法解决外语教师自身专业发展的身份认同。这一研究也对其他科目教师身份认同提供一定程度上的参考。 This paper uses seven-layer model of educational services to analyze the current situation of foreign language teachers" identity, and then uses hardware and software to make a research on the training courses and teachers" professional development community and other resources. Finally, the teaching methodology will be integrated with the educational service facilities of the schools and districts into the efficient ways of teaching so that the teaching quality will be improved, which can help to solve the identity of the foreign language teachers" professional development. What's more, it also provides some references for the teachers of other subjects to have a better understanding of their identity.
