摘要
低温甲醇洗工艺的贫甲醇中含有羰基化合物,采用纳氏试剂比色法[1]测定贫甲醇中的氨时,将会导致溶液混浊,无法对其进行比色测定。另外贫甲醇中的硫化物,在显色时会与纳氏试剂生成红色硫化汞,导致测定结果偏高。文中着重介绍了如何消除贫甲醇羰基化合物和硫化物的干扰,以便准确测量贫甲醇中的氨含量。
In the low temperature methanol washing process,the poor metheanol contains carbonyl compounds.When using Nessler's reagent colorimetric method for determination ammonia content of poor methanol,it will lead to the turbidity of the solution and be unable to colorimetric determination.In addition,sulfide in the poor methanol with Nessler's reagent reacts,will generate red mercuric sulfide in color.The paper introduces how to eliminate the inter-ference of poor methanolcarbonyl compounds and sulfide,so that accurately measure the ammonia content of methanol in poverty.
