摘要
目的 :比较超声生物显微镜 (ultrasound biomicroscopy,UBM)检查下慢性闭角型青光眼与原发性开角型青光眼眼前节各项指标的差异 ,探讨 UBM在鉴别此两种类型青光眼的作用。方法 :应用 UBM测量已确诊的慢性闭角型青光眼 13例 2 5眼 ,原发性开角型青光眼 11例 2 2眼的眼前节各参数 ,进行统计学分析。结果 :慢性闭角型青光眼在前房深度 ,房角开放距离 ,巩膜睫状体夹角 ,小梁睫状体距离 ,小梁虹膜夹角上均明显小于原发性开角型青光眼。结论 :原发性开角型青光眼与慢性闭角型青光眼眼前节结构有明显差异 ,UBM是鉴别上述两种类型青光眼的有用方法。
To compare the clinical application of ultrasound biomicroscopy between chronic angle closure glaucoma(CACG)and primary open angle glaucoma(POAG).Method:Anterior segment of eyes of 25 eyes from 13 patients with CACG and 22 eyes from 11 patients with POAG was observed,statistical analysis by SPSS.Result:Compare with POAG,the CACG eyes had their anatomic features.They have a sallower anterior chamber depth、smaller angle opening distance(AOD)at 500 micron from scleraspur、narrower iridocorneal angle、shorter trabeculum cillary process distance(TCPD)and anterior rotation of cillary body.Conclusion:ultrasound biomicroscopy is a new means for us to distinguish POAG from CACG.
