摘要
以重庆大学内某栋教工住宅为例,调查分析了该建筑的通风、遮阳、保温隔热等现状,并探讨了如何利用生态住宅设计方法对住宅进行节能改造的问题,以保障住宅建筑的可持续发展。
Taking some faculty building of Chongqing University as the example,the paper investigates and analyzes the ventilation,the sunshade,and heat proofing of the building,and explores how to adopt the ecological residential design methods to undertake the energy-saving reconstruction,so as to guarantee the sustainable development of residential buildings.
