摘要
针对当前我国在工程上存在的质量通病现状以及其造成的危害性等问题,重点分析了住宅质量通病的成因,并提出了针对性的防治措施,以提高住宅工程的施工质量,为居民创造一个舒适、稳定的住宅环境。
According to quality common defects present situation and caused harms problems in current China,this paper emphatically analyzed the causes of residential quality common defects,and put forward some corresponding preventive measures,in order to improve the construction quality of residential project,produced a comfortable,stable residential environment for residents.
