谈太原市城市建设拆迁工作的发展

Discussion on the development of Taiyuan city construction and demolition work

结合太原市旧城、城中村及棚户区改造的现状,分析了货币安置与房屋回迁的矛盾,并对能否原地回迁、按时回迁等问题进行了探讨,指出在今后应加快中低价位住房建设,以满足被拆迁居民的住房要求。

Combining with the present situation of Taiyuan old city,village in the city and shanty towns transformation,this paper analyzed the contradiction between monetary settlement and housing movements,and discussed the whether or nor movement to original place,timely movements and other issues,pointed out that future should accelerate middle and low-cost housing construction,to meet the housing needs of demolition residents.
