通过云阳县农村劳动力转移的调查和资料分析,评述了云阳县农村劳动力转后存在的问题及原因,指出了潜在的劳动力危机,并提出了相应对策。
By means of field investigation and information analysis of majier rural labor transfer in Yunyang County, describes the main problems and reasons on the rural labor transfer in Yunyang County, its potential rural labor crisis were pointed out,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
