经纤维支气管镜对胸外伤后肺不张形成的观察和治疗

Fiberbronchoscopic observation and treatment of atelectasis after chest trauma

目的 对胸外伤后肺不张发生的原因进行探讨。方法 总结了 1995— 1999年间胸外伤后所致肺不张 19例 ,经纤维支气管镜进行诊断并对其进行治疗。结果 大部分病例经纤维支气管镜治疗后 ,使肺不张迅速治愈。结论 胸外伤后肺不张产生的机制是多种多样的 ,及早行纤维支气管镜检查可明确肺不张的形成原因。

Objective To probe into the pathogenesis of atelectasis after chest trauma.Method Nineteen cases of post-traumatic atelectasis from 1985 to 1999 were summarized,to whom fiberbronchoscopic diagnosis and treatment were used.Results The pathogenic factors of atelectasis after chest trauma were many and varied;taking fiberbronchoscopic detection as early as possible may find out the cause of atelectasis.Conclusion A greater part of atelectatic cases get a quick recover via the fiberbronchoscopic therapy.
