板蓝根制剂所致29例不良反应回顾性分析

Literature analysis of 29 cases of adverse preparation reaction by isatis root

目的:分析板蓝根制剂不良反应发生的原因与发生规律,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:检索1994～2013年国内医学期刊报道应用板蓝根制剂所致不良反应案例29例,并进行统计分析。结果:板蓝根制剂不良反应的发生与性别无关;各个年龄段均有分布,但以儿童为多;临床表现主要为过敏反应,严重者出现过敏性休克;不良反应多以板蓝根注射剂最多,21例,占72.41%,并多在30min内发生(18例),提示不良反应以速发型为主。结论:临床应用板蓝根制剂时应密切观察,尽量减少和避免不良反应的发生。

Objective： To analysis the causes and the occurrence of adverse reactions of Isatis root preparation, in order to provide reference for clinical safe medication. Methods： Retrieval application 29 cases of adverse reactions of lsatis root preparation reports in the medical journal from 1994 to 2013, and analyzed statistically. Results： The adverse reactions of Isatis root preparation regardless of gender, of all ages are distributed, but the highest incidence of children. The main clinical manifestations were allergic reaction, severe anaphylactic shock. More adverse reactions of Isatis root preparation were injection at 21 cases （72.41%）, and it occurs in 30min, adverse reactions to the immediate priority. Conclusion： Clinicians should pay attention to rational use of Isatis root !oreoaration to avoid occurrence of ADR.
