补肾活血法为主治疗老年脑梗死68例

Treating 68 cases of senile cerebral infarction mainly by the notifying kidney and activating blood circulation method

目的:分析并探讨中医药疗法在老年脑梗死中的疗效及优势。方法:将我院确诊之老年脑梗死患者136例,均分为对照组与治疗组各68例,两组均给予对症治疗,治疗组加用自拟补肾活血中药方并给予针刺治疗,对照组加用奥扎格雷静滴治疗。结果:治疗组基本痊愈率与总有效率分别为32.35%、89.71%,对照组为14.71%、76.47%,治疗组与对照组在痊愈方面,经统计学比较▲P<0.01,具有明显性差异,在总效率方面*P<0.05,具有显著性差异,具有临床对比意义。结论:中医药在治疗老年性脑梗死中,可发挥中医药因人而异之特点,一人一方,从根论治,疗效显著。

Objective： To analyze and explore the effect and advantages of TCM in treating senile cerebral infarction. Methods： The cerebral infarction in the elderly patients in our hospital diagnosed 136 cases, divided into the control group and the treated group, 68 cases in each group, two groups were given symptomatic treatment, the treated group was treated with the notifying kidney and activating blood circulation method and given by the acupuncture treatment, the control group with intravenous therapy with ozagrel. Results： The treatment group were cured rate and the total efficiency were 32.35%, 89.71%; 14.71%, 76.47% for the control group, treated group and control group in the recovery, by statistical comparison of AP〈0.01, had the obvious difference in the total efficiency, ＊P〈0.05 with significant differences, with clinical significance. Conclusion： Using TCM to treat senile cerebral infarction could play the TCM characteristic of symptomatic treatment, treated from the root, achieved curative effect.
